To make any physical or structural changes to the exterior of your home, complete and submit an Architectural Modification Application for approval by the Design Review Committee (DRC).
 
For your convenience, all Design Review Committee (DRC) applications must now be submitted online through the BUURT Resident Portal.
 
Please note:
  • All DRC application fees must be paid through BUURT at the time of submission.
  • Paper applications are no longer accepted at the on-site office.

All submittals require the following:
  • Architectural Modification Application
  • Copy of survey/plat of your lot to show the location of the improvement
  • Photo examples or renderings of the improvement
  • DRC Application Fee (if applicable)
  • Other pertinent information regarding the improvement as required by the design guidelines
To submit your documents, complete the application within BUURT.

  • Pay and submit online through your Resident Portal via credit card, debit card or ACH. Note: A processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
