We are so glad you have decided to call Wendell Falls your home. We created this page to help you get settled in your new neighborhood get connected to resources, and take advantage of what your community has to offer you.
Development on the Wendell Falls master-planned community began in 2015. The master-plan includes the master association, Encore (55+) by David Weekley Homes, and the commercial association that includes the retail at Treelight Square and more. CCMC, your onsite management team, manages the master association and the commercial association, however, CCMC does manage the compliance for the Encore section. Another company manages the Encore-exclusive amenities and any private events hosted for Encore residents.

New Resident Checklist
1. Pick up Your Mailbox Keys 
To pick up your mailbox key, please visit the U.S. Post Office located at 40 Hanor Lane, Wendell, NC 27591. The contact phone number is 919-365-0657.
2. Apply For and Pick Up Access Cards
Amenity access cards allow you to gain entry to the pool and fitness center. The Association provides up to two (2) FREE access cards per household. Additional cards cost $30 each. Cards will be issued once all documentation and any applicable funds are received.
Complete the application for a card below. Cards are usually ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. Access cards are only made during business hours, Monday – Friday from 10 am – 6 pm.

4. Register For The Resident Website
While registration is not needed for most functions and information on the website, information like Association financials are only for Association members. Registration is linked in the top right corner of the website home page.
