Nicole Correll is a seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in property management, a field she is deeply passionate about. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Old Dominion University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Nicole recently joined the CCMC team in November 2024, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to her role. 
 
When she’s not working, you can find Nicole immersed in a great book, gardening in her backyard, or enjoying quality time with her family. She is inspired by the quote, "Kindness is the sunshine in which virtue grows," by Robert Green Ingersoll, which reflects her positive outlook on life and work.

Canadian born and Ohio raised, Kasia obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from THE Ohio State University. Post graduation, she got into the property management space and has over 5 years of experience in military and tax credit housing. Outside of work, in her off time, Kasia loves to spend time with her husband and dog. She enjoys weightlifting, reading, and cooking up new plant-based recipes. She joined the CCMC team in November of 2023 and is excited for the opportunity to serve the residents of Wendell Falls and watch the community continue to grow.

Taylor Brock 
 
Taylor is a Florida native and has worked at Wendell Falls since 2015. You'll see Taylor around the parks and amenities ensuring your common spaces are safe and functional. He enjoys weight lifting, spending time with his family, and exploring nature trails, including those within Wendell Falls.
Community Finance Administrator
Jimmy Tshuma
 
Jimmy Tshuma is a Zimbabwean-born professional with a bachelor's degree in finance and business administration from Strayer University. He is highly analytical and resourceful, with extensive experience in international finance management and administration within non-profit organizations. Jimmy brings a proven ability to work across diverse cultural settings, engaging with a wide range of audiences.
 
He joined the CCMC team in May 2025, bringing his expertise and collaborative spirit to his role. Jimmy is passionate about cooking, enjoys exploring cuisines from different cultures, and values building connections with people from all walks of life.
 
As Jimmy likes to say: “Be like a bee; whatever it eats is clean, whatever it drops is sweet, and the branch it sits upon does not break.” He firmly believes that teamwork is the key to success.
 
Jimmy is excited about the opportunity to serve the residents of Wendell Falls and looks forward to contributing to the growth and vibrancy of the community.
